This weekend we ventured to the Nebraska State Fair in Grand Island. It was a little windy but we had a great time. The new facilities are really nice and we enjoyed taking it all in. By the end of the day Lee was ready for a good nap.

Weekend Activities
This weekend Dad came to visit. We did some work down at the land and got things a little closer to being ready for hunting season. Lee liked watching LuLu outside the patio door. He also really liked playing with Aunt Terra and the giant teddy bear. We also had a chance to go see Grandma Betty and visit with her for a while.
Corissa & Cory’s Wedding
This weekend was the wedding of Corissa Pavelka (Amber’s first cousin) and Cory Parr. Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Parr!

At Amber’s new job one of their beginning of the year activities was to create a short video clip similar to ABC’s Your Three Words series. After a bit of thinking, here’s what we came up with!
Amber’s Birthday
Yesterday was Amber’s birthday so her folks, Laci, and the girls came up for supper. Lee enjoyed showing off his crawling, and they even stuck around to see him get his bath and splash water all over the kitchen. Needless to say he slept good last night.
